Quality Policy

The "HOSPITALITY GENERAL CLINIC" having the knowledge and experience in the field of primary and secondary care of patients and through the harmonious cooperation of all the staff involved (administration, medical and nursing staff, suppliers but especially the Patients) ensures that this Quality Policy is compatible with the operating framework and strategic planning of the Clinic.

In order to achieve this, the Management of "HOSPITALITY GENERAL CLINIC":

  • has adopted a Quality Management System in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 Standard and a specialized Quality Management System in the Provision of Health Services in accordance with the ΕΝ 15224: 2016 Standard, which are applied throughout the Clinic and to all activities that have an impact on Quality services and patient satisfaction and safety.
  • continuously reviews and improves the characteristics of its Services, where possible, as well as the effectiveness of its processes and therefore the entire Quality Management System, integrating the requirements of the Quality Management System into the operational processes of the Clinic.
  • sets measurable objectives for Quality in all departments of the Clinic. These objectives are established and evaluated in terms of their degree of achievement in the context of the Review of the Quality Management System by the Management.
  • ensures that the clinical risk management process, including clinical risk management, is adequately implemented.
  • monitors, measures and evaluates the critical parameters and the main processes, which derive through the risk approach to identify and deal with threats or take advantage of opportunities that may affect the compliance of the services provided, in order to ensure appropriate care to patients.
  • complies with and implements the applicable legislative and regulatory provisions.
  • ensures and provides all the necessary means to maintain a well-trained medical, nursing and administrative staff and ensures excellent relations between all the employees of the Clinic.
  • enforces privacy and confidentiality of sensitive personal data.
  • has established an appropriate mindset of adherence to moral values, ethics, equality and respect for patients' rights by actively involving them in decisions about their treatment plan and respecting their cultural and religious beliefs and has as a primary vision the fulfillment of the quality requirements of patients and all interested parties.

All the staff of the "HOSPITALITY GENERAL CLINIC" must comply with this Quality Policy.

This Quality Policy remains up to date, is communicated to the employees and available to all interested parties.
